RYYTT Construction is expanding our team to include outdoor and landscape services in the Edmonton area. Known for delivering high-quality renovations and outdoor enhancements, we're looking for a reliable and skilled Landscaper/Gardener to help bring residential and commercial outdoor spaces to life.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Landscaper/Gardener to assist with everything from lawn and garden maintenance to hardscaping and small outdoor construction projects. The right candidate takes pride in creating clean, beautiful outdoor environments and enjoys working outdoors in a variety of conditions.

Responsibilities:

Lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing

Garden maintenance: planting, pruning, weeding, mulching

Install and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and small trees

Assist with hardscaping: pavers, edging, gravel, and small retaining walls

Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively

Load and unload materials, clean job sites, and support other team members

Communicate clearly with clients and team leads on job requirements


Requirements:

Experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance

Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery

Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive, professional, and respectful attitude


Bonus Assets (not required):

Experience with irrigation systems or outdoor lighting

Small equipment operation (e.g., skid steer, sod cutter)

Horticultural knowledge or formal training


Compensation:
Wages based on experience. Opportunities for seasonal and ongoing work. Subcontractors and independent workers also welcome.
