Roommate wanted in 2 bdrm basement suite. The room is pretty big, 14'x10.5', so plenty of room for a bed, desk, bookshelf, etc. The house is older but it's got a lot of character. Really nice area, 3 blocks from Bonnie doon mall which has a grocery store, dollar store, planet fitness, plus a bunch of other shops. Library is also right there, literally a 5 minute walk. Whyte ave is a short bus ride or a longer walk away. LRT station is at the far end of the mall so very accessible.

About me, I'm a 35 year old male, super calm, clean, and respectful. I don't drink, do drugs, or party, so I'm looking for the same. Upstairs has cats so pets are probably ok on approval from the landlords. Upstairs also has 2 kids so obviously being good with kids is a plus.

Rent is 525/mo, security deposit is one months rent, shared utilities with upstairs, we pay 40% of the total, so 20% each. Available anytime, we can work out a rate for a partial month if you want to get in before June 1st.
