What You'll Do:

Greet and assist walk-in customers

Follow up with online inquiries and leads

Promote and explain the benefits of our mattress lines

Close sales and hit performance targets

Maintain a clean, organized showroom

Proven sales or customer service experience (preferred)

Friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Ability to learn product features and promote confidently

Reliable and punctual
