What You'll Be Doing:

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
Develop customized staffing strategies to meet client needs
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements
Track sales activities, meet KPIs, and contribute to company growth
Attend client meetings and local networking events to represent the brand
What You Bring:

Previous experience in the staffing industry is a must
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors is an asset
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a confident communicator
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
