Responsibilities:
Tracking & tracing/monitor shipment status and relay status to customer
Update the status of all shipments in our TMS with the appropriate status and notes included.
Monitor shipments and relay status to warehouse and traffic team.
Assist customers with any inquiries regarding their shipments
Ensure all carrier contract paperwork is complete and updated
Ensure insurance and other compliance documents are kept up to date.

Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma
3 plus years' experience in a similar role
3PL experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a face paced environment
Geographic knowledge of Canada and US an asset
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Office 365, load link, ability to learn in house TMS

Shift Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $22.50 - 23.50/hr
Location: 1-70 Driver Rd
