Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented service and repair tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in siding, soffit & fascia and exterior building envelope. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing siding issues and ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality, we are the prime siding contractor for a respectable builder in Lethbridge and Crowsnest Pass. Must be willing to travel multiple times a week to complete projects in the Crowsnest Pass as required
Company vehicle and tools are provided, own hand tools are required


Duties
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of exterior material, vinyl, hardie, LP, fascia & soffit
• Seasonal painting of exterior smart trim and panel
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various repair tasks, including caulking, painting and other finishing work.
• Conduct heavy lifting as required for moving materials, ladders
• Report to general manager to ensure timely completion of service requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including work vehicle, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.



Qualifications
• Class 5 drivers license with clean abstract
• Proven experience in siding repair work is an asset
• Minimum 5 years experience with vinyl siding, Hardie siding, soffit & fascia
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment necessary for repair tasks.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Good customer service skills, effective communication with service manager and general manager

Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour
