Hi Ottawa community!

My name is Thérèsa, and I've been a certified swimming instructor and lifeguard for the past four years with the University of Ottawa and the City of Ottawa. I have experience teaching adults, children, babies, and individuals with disabilities (including ADHD, non-verbal, and non-ambulatory learners).

I believe swimming is more than just a fun activity but an essential life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to learn in a safe and supportive environment.
