-Parking for one car in driveway
-Very short bus ride to Uvic (via route 39)
-open to 4-month September to January sublet which could be extended indefinitely if desired

**Note for longer sublet period:
-if a longer than 4 month sublet is desired the sub-letter would start on a 4-month term and would sublet a different (smaller) room at a lower ($600/month) rate for any duration longer than the initial 4 months
-this is because I am returning to Victoria in 4 months and will be using the larger room.

**Note for the smaller room:
-the smaller room is available to rent starting in September and could be rented for an indefinite (minimum 1-month) period at the same $600 rate
