We are couple (29 and 26 yo) looking for a tenant/roommate. I work as a full time engineer and my wife works part time. We are both very clean, quiet and respectful individuals (references can be provided by previous roommates/tenants upon request). The townhouse is located right by UVic, meaning that you can get to any building on campus within 15 minutes' of walk. Busing is also convenient as stops for both 26 and 27 are within 2 minutes of walk. The townhouse has 3 stories: kitchen and living room on the first floor, all three bedrooms on the second floor, and a basement with plenty of storage room. Water and internet are included in the rent. Electricity bill is separated between you and us in the townhouse. Parking is available upon request with additional monthly charge. Please note that we are currently only looking for a female roommate. Students are preferred. No pets allowed within the property. No smoking or drugs allowed within the property.
