About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated, organized Sales Representative to manage inbound sales calls and handle high-value leads. This is a work-from-home position with occasional in-person meetings. You must be reliable, tech-savvy, and self driven.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and close inbound sales inquiries
- Track and follow up with all leads using CRM and internal tools
- Manage leads with urgency and care – every lead matters
- Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Attend occasional team meetings in Richmond Hill

What We're Looking For:
- Sales or Lead Management experience is a Must.
- Strong computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, organized tracking)
- Excellent communication and follow-up ability
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and take ownership of results
