1. Manager position - Manager's are responsible for the day to day operations of the location. This includes: hiring, staff training, scheduling, staff supervision, ordering, budget control, ensuring all company and provincial and federal policies are adhered to, and in addition this location requires a manager who is focused on growing the customer base and catering. Currently, this location is open to the public Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 3:00. Hours are always subject to change and as a manager there are times when you are required to work outside of regular business hours. Non negotiable is that manager's must be available and on the floor from 11:00 - 1:00. 2. Catering Supervisor - The catering supervisor will be responsible to ensure catering trays are made to company standards, prepare the invoices and engage directly with the catering client. We are looking to grow this aspect of 149 street so you must be willing to work alongside Jacquie and the manager to build the clientele base. Until the volume of catering grows to support a full time position the supervisor will be required to work at the counter during lunch rush or as needed. Your shift will typically be 6:30/7:00 to 2:00/2:30.
