We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator with strong experience in bidding and client coordination to join our team.

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating site meetings, managing bid submissions, and supporting project acquisition efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills and confidence in client-facing situations.

Key Responsibilities;
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Source and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Submit competitive bids and track proposal outcomes
- Book and attend site meetings with clients and consultants
- Assist with design coordination and scope development
- Maintain bid logs and project documentation
- Support management in securing new project opportunities

Qualifications;
- 3 years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with bidding platforms and tender submissions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel and estimating software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to attend site meetings ( If possible )

Compensation Structure (Commission-Only);
This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential.
- 5% – 6% commission on total contract value of successfully secured projects
- No earning cap
- Paid upon signed contract and initial deposit
- Higher tiers available for high performance

Example:
A $40,000 secured project at 6% commission = $2,400 payout
