Hotel Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greeted and welcomed Guests - Checking guests in and out, including taking deposits, and directing guests on parking options, - Managed multi-line phone systems - Managing the booking system for future reservations - Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems - Liaising with housekeeping teams to check if rooms are ready, and managing additional drop offs of items such as extra towels as required - Liaising with maintenance staff to deal with issues within rooms and common areas as they arise -Communicating with potential and future guests about upcoming reservations - Staying on top of current local events to better serve guests - Learning about local attractions and amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and public spaces, to better serve guests - Dealing with guest complaints and inquiries - Keeping the lobby and entrance areas clean and tidy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and front office software.
Excellent verbal communication, multitasking, problem-solving, professionalism, and conflict resolution
