Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Leasing Agent to assist with leasing activities across our portfolio. This is a commission-based position ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working independently. The role involves managing prospective tenant communications, conducting showings, and helping place qualified tenants into our clients’ properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and communicate with prospective tenants (email, phone, and messaging platforms)
* Schedule and conduct property showings with potential renters
* Manage applicant inquiries and maintain follow-ups
* Coordinate and complete tenant screening (credit, references, employment verification)
* Prepare and coordinate lease agreements and documentation
* Provide updates to the property management team regarding applicant status and leasing activity
* Ensure a professional and positive experience for prospective tenants

Requirements

* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required for property showings)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organized and able to manage multiple inquiries and appointments
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
* Professional presentation and reliability
