Job Posting: Custom Farming Operator
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our custom farming operation. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

Duties include:
• Operating a Haybuster
• Hauling silage
• Sold manure / nutrient application
• Mowing
• Merging
• More opportunities to the right candidate
• Equipment maintenance

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with agricultural equipment preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work long hours when needed
