Title: Product Specialist / Inside Sales (Packaging Industry)
Location: Winston Churchill Blvd & The College Way)
Salary: $23/hr. – $35/hr.
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Specialist / Inside Sales Representative with experience in
the packaging industry to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding, promoting,
and selling our products while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and
customer support to ensure our products exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value. If you thrive in a

Responsibilities
• Respond to emails, client inquiries, and handle inbound/outbound sales calls
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales orders
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions
• Update spreadsheets, maintain CRM data, and track sales activities
• Attend trade shows and customer visits as required
• Develop a deep understanding of products, including features, specifications, and applications
• Provide product information and support to internal teams and external customers
• Assist with product demonstrations and presentations
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales records, including shipments and adjustments
• Generate reports and analyze sales/product data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Complete documentation related to product tracking, labeling, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any safety concerns
Requirements
• Experience in inside sales, preferably within the packaging industry
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM/software systems
• Experience with quoting, order processing, and customer relationship management
• Excellent telephone, email, and client communication skills
• Strong documentation and report generation abilities
• French (spoken and written) is an asset, but not mandatory
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of product and market specialization in packaging is preferre
