General Laborer — Job Description

Key responsibilities

Prepare and clean job sites; load and unload materials
Assist with concrete placing, finishing, forming, and curing tasks
Help with steel building assembly, rigging, and basic fitting tasks
Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and responsibly
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition
Follow directions from supervisors and work cooperatively with crew members

Required qualifications and traits

Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual labor
Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience with concrete finishing or steel erection
Valid driver’s license
Working conditions

Full‑time, on‑site work
Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
