We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, and the ability to manage day-to-day restaurant activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager (preferably in Indian cuisine)
Strong knowledge of Indian food, spices, and service style
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
