Sales Development Team Manager (NOC 60010)

Keycafe is looking for a Sales Development Team Manager to lead, plan, organize, direct, and evaluate our sales development function. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys working with data, and is excited to drive sales strategy while coaching a team towards exceeding their targets.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage a team of outbound and inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across locations.
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate sales development activities to support overall company revenue objectives.
- Develop sales playbooks, emails, call scripts, and outreach strategies that drive conversions and optimize over time.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve results and support business planning.
- Coach, train, and mentor SDRs while establishing clear performance expectations and targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to align messaging, campaigns, and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes.
- Participate in forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of the sales pipeline.
- Establish sales targets and performance standards aligned with company objectives.
- Lead by example with high-quality outreach, when needed, to support team efforts.
- Represent Keycafe at trade shows and industry events to promote corporate sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and support business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role at a similar level of responsibility.
- University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategy, KPIs, and lead qualification.
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to analyze performance data and support strategic decision-making.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
What we offer
Compensation: $104,000 CAD annually ($57.14 per hour)
Work week: 35 hours per week

Work must be performed at the employer’s business location.
