We are seeking a qualified Architect, Mechanical Engineer, or Licensed Plumber to assist with obtaining a Certificate of Approval for Plumbing for an existing installation.

Project Details:

Location: Kings Square Shopping Centre, 9390 Woodbine Ave, Markham
Units: Shop 1B16 & 1B17
Scope: Existing small hand wash basin installed a few years ago
Plumbing: Already connected to existing water supply and drainage

Requirements:

- Site visit and inspection
- Preparation of a drawing/sketch for the existing plumbing setup
- Drawing to be submitted to the City of Markham for approval
- Ability to assist further if required by the Building Inspector (approval process)

Additional Info:

- Currently in communication with a Building Inspector requesting certified drawings
- Looking for a quote for:
- Inspection and preparation of certified drawing
- Assistance with City approval (if required)
