Payment
Net 14 standard.
Clean jobs (sign-off, photos, invoice) are often processed faster, typically 48–72 hours.

Requirements
• Signed Subcontractor Agreement
• Liability Insurance WCB Clearance
• Tickets/certifications recommended (not mandatory)
• Professional conduct, communication, and daily updates
• Pride in workmanship and accountability
