Position: Overnight Security Guard
Location: Agam Towers by SD Inc. – 121 Wellington St W, Barrie, ON
Compensation: $17.95 – $25.00/hour (Based on experience)

Role Overview
Agam Towers by SD Inc. is seeking a vigilant, responsible Overnight Security Guard for our medical center located at 121 Wellington St W. This position is strictly interior-based, requiring a dedicated professional to maintain site security, oversee building integrity, and ensure a controlled, safe environment for medical staff and assets during non-operational hours.

Key Responsibilities
Overnight Patrols: Conduct systematic, frequent interior foot patrols of the facility to monitor security systems and building infrastructure.
Access Control: Maintain strict perimeter control; manage after-hours access for authorized personnel and emergency services.
Asset Protection: Monitor facility integrity, including checking that all restricted areas, medical storage, and entry points are secured.
Incident Response: Serve as the sole responder for on-site disturbances or building alarms; maintain composure and follow established escalation protocols.
Reporting: Maintain detailed shift logs and provide comprehensive incident reports for any activity during the overnight hours.

Requirements
Licensing: Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR credentials.
Reliability: Proven ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
Professionalism: High level of situational awareness, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Communication: Proficiency in clear, written reporting and verbal communication.
Availability: Must be available for full-time overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
