✅ Experience building wood and composite decks
✅ Ability to use power tools and read measurements accurately
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
