Location: Innisfil, ON

Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience)

I am a 24-year-old woman with Cerebral Palsy seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated female support worker to assist me through the Direct Funding Program.

This position is ideal for a PSW, DSW, nursing student, or someone with experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

* Personal care and hygiene assistance
* Assistance with dressing and daily routines
* Meal preparation and cooking hot meals
* Community outings and social activities
* Accompanying me to appointments, events, and work-related activities
* Light housekeeping related to my care
* Providing support while encouraging independence and personal goals

Qualifications

* Female applicants only
* PSW, DSW, nursing, or related experience is an asset
* Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working around dogs
* Ability to follow individualized care routines
* Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is an asset but not required
