All Around Property Maintenance Inc. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Deweeder / Property Maintenance Labourer to join our team for the season.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Visit commercial and residential properties throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
✅ Hand-pull weeds from flower beds, shrub beds, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped areas
✅ Maintain landscape beds to a clean and professional standard
✅ Assist with bed edging, mulch installation, shrub bed maintenance, and general landscape upkeep (grass cutting, trimming etc)
✅ Identify and report landscape concerns to supervisors
✅ Work independently while maintaining quality standards and productivity

Requirements:

✔ Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
✔ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Ability to perform physical labour including bending, kneeling, lifting, and walking throughout the day
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Landscaping experience is an asset but not required

Bonus Skills:

⭐ Experience with hedge trimming and shrub pruning
⭐ Tree trimming experience
⭐ Experience operating landscaping equipment
⭐ General landscaping and property maintenance experience
