The Role: Independent Contractor
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair and flexible.
How it works: We have a dedicated WhatsApp group chat. When a job comes in, we post the location and details.

Claiming Jobs: The first cleaner to respond and claim the post gets the shift!
Supplies: No need to worry about overhead—we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.

Compensation & Growth
Wage: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience and job complexity).
Pay Frequency: Cash pay upon completion of tasks.

Future Opportunity: As we scale, we are looking for dedicated cleaners to transition into Supervisor or Managerial roles. Start with us now and lead the team later!

Requirements

To maintain our high standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Previous professional cleaning experience is required.

Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to various job sites.

Communication: Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp and be quick to respond.
Mindset: Reliable, punctual, and a "keen eye" for the small details.
