Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and responsible Home Child Care Provider to provide full-time care for our children in our private home.

Main Duties:

* Provide full-time care for a 2-year-old child during the day
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children
* Supervise and care for children in employer’s residence
* Take the child daily to playgroups, EarlyON programs, library activities, and other age-appropriate activities
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
* Perform light housekeeping related to the children only
* Wash, fold, and organize children’s clothing
* Pick up two school-aged children from school at 3:00 PM
* Prepare after-school snacks for the older children
* Supervise homework and daily routines for school-aged children
* Help maintain consistent schedules and routines for all children

Requirements:

* Secondary school diploma required
* Experience caring for young children required
* Valid driver’s license (Full G preferred) with a clean driving record
* Must have own reliable vehicle for daily transportation
* Valid and up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification required
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple children
* Organized, reliable, patient, and responsible

* Previous nanny or caregiver experience preferred
