I’m Bernadine, a former Human Resources Officer with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, with extensive experience interviewing and hiring across a wide range of roles. I provide professional interview coaching designed to help job seekers present themselves effectively, communicate with confidence, and secure the opportunities they’re aiming for.
I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates and know exactly what employers look for, which is why my coaching is patient, supportive, and focused on helping you communicate with clarity and confidence.
What I offer:
 One to one mock interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams)
 Help answering behavioural questions using the STAR method
 Coaching for confidence, clarity, and professional communication
 Feedback on tone, pacing, and how to present your experience
 Support for healthcare, customer service, admin, and professional roles
Availability: Remote coaching -- 7 days a week, 2 pm to 9 PM
