Looking for Independent Contractor for exterior cleaning services in Victoria, BC area. Services include: roof cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning (interior/exterior), gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, moss removal, solar panel cleaning, flat roof services, and gutter guard installation. Primarily residential, with some commercial work.
Commission-only position—no base pay; earnings depend on completed jobs and performance. Full-time schedule: five days a week, 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Experience in exterior cleaning or related trades is required—candidates must have prior hands-on work in pressure washing, roof/gutter cleaning, window washing, or similar services. Training available for specific techniques. Must own a reliable truck and ladders and basic equipment (some equipment available if needed). Seeking dependable professionals—strong performers earn well.
