UP-AND-COMING VIDEOGRAPHER WANTED — CALGARY

I’m a Calgary Realtor looking to partner with an up-and-coming videographer/content creator who wants to gain experience, build their portfolio, and grow alongside a developing business.

I’m not looking for an established production company or someone charging full commercial rates per shoot. This opportunity is better suited to someone earlier in their videography journey who already knows how to shoot/edit good content and wants a consistent outlet to improve their craft and build a body of work.

The plan is to create approximately one piece of content per week, including:

• Real estate and property content
• Short-form social media videos
• Educational/personal brand content
• Behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
• New concepts we come up with together

This is a paid opportunity, but compensation will be tied to the growth of the business rather than a per-video rate.

The reason I’m structuring it this way is that I’m looking for a long-term partnership, not someone I hire for a few shoots and never see again. As the business and income grow, I want the videographer working with me to benefit from that growth as well.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone ambitious who sees value in getting consistent reps, expanding their portfolio, experimenting creatively, and potentially growing into a much larger role over time.

You don't need years of professional experience, but you do need to have made content before.
