Electrician Apprentice

Apex Power & Automation is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Electrician Apprentices. Reporting directly to the Site Foreman, you will play a key role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across a variety of industrial and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do
Install, assemble, and maintain electrical conduit systems and fittings
Pull and route wiring through conduits, walls, and floors
Assist with installation and maintenance of distribution and control equipment (switches, relays, panels, etc.)
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and related equipment
Support installation and servicing of renewable energy systems
Install and terminate data cabling
Splice and connect wiring to form functional circuits
Test electrical systems to ensure safety and reliability
Learn to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and specifications
What We’re Looking For:
Basic knowledge and safe use of hand and power tools
Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and perform precise, detail-oriented work
Willingness to learn and accept mentorship and training
Clear communicator with basic computer skills
Interest or experience in control systems is an asset
Additional Requirements:

What You Bring:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (required)
Physical ability to perform the demands of the job
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
Candidates must be bondable (no criminal record)
Note: A satisfactory driver’s abstract is required prior to receiving an employment offer.
