Job Summary
Focus Worldwide Logistics Services Co. Ltd. is seeking two Business Analysts to support business systems analysis, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Evaluate existing business systems and recommend enhancements
• Conduct data analysis to support logistics planning and operational performance
• Develop business process models, workflows, and reporting tools
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system solutions
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of information systems
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management

Employment Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline; OR
• A college diploma in a related field; OR
• A combination of relevant education, training, and substantial work experience (typically 2 years) in business analysis, systems analysis, or operational analysis

Additional assets:
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations environments
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or enterprise systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
