Job Description

Bradner R Farms Ltd. is seeking reliable and motivated Farm Labourers to join our busy dairy operation. The successful candidates will assist with the daily care of livestock and general farm operations while working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities

* Feed and care for dairy cattle.
*Irrigation
* Assist with milking operations.
* Clean barns, pens, alleys, and livestock facilities.
* Monitor animal health and report concerns to management.
* Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools.
* Assist with haying, silage, irrigation, fencing, and general farm maintenance.
*Weeding crops
* Load, unload, and move feed, supplies, and materials.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Perform other general farm duties as assigned.

Employment Requirements

* No formal education required.
* Previous farm experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
* Ability to perform repetitive physical work.
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Reliable, dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Conditions

* Physically demanding.
* Repetitive tasks.
* Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the workday.
* Dusty, wet, noisy, and outdoor agricultural environment.
